Basic-final cleaning of the gîte (after check-out, in accordance with the instructions).
Electricity use €0,40 per kWh.
This concerns: the electricity use in the accommodation. FYI: most guests use between 75 and 150 kWh. Settlement is afterwards.
Deposit: €350,- per accommodation

- set of bed linen and beds made upon arrival : €10,- per person
- Swimming pool towel: €2,- per piece
- Pet (in consultation, max 2): €5,- per day per pet
- Washing machine / dryer: €5,- per turn

Other information
- Check-in between 16:00 and 18:00, check-out before 10:00.
- Guests can use all the facilities of the chateau (the spacious swimming pool, the park / domain, playground with trampoline, table tennis, the terrace, and picnic tables to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, etc. in the (evening) sun).
- A baby bed / cot is available on request (free of charge).
- Pets (after consultation with us, max 2, only possible in Gites) / dogs allowed: € 5, – per day per pet.
- Insurances: guests are responsible for arranging their own cancellation, medical, travel, and liability insurance.
- Payments preferably by bank (or cash). Credit/bank card payments on site are not possible.
- The deposit must be paid at the same time as the reservation terms. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account after your stay if there is no damage. The deposit cannot be used to settle outstanding amounts.
- The reservation is final once the down payment has been received.
- Cancellation is possible to a limited extent, see also our general terms and conditions.
- All buildings are ‘no smoking / no vaping’. Deposit forfeited in case of smoking.
